I recommend this practice to all my friends and family and come from the other side of the river myself for all my eye care. I love the selection of frames and personalised service on offer. I feel like I can put my eye health in trusted hands and choose from the latest fashion (fresh out of Europe) in frames. Never had anything other than a positive experience her and I've been coming for 20 years .keep up the excellent work .

Have been coming for 20 years with my whole family. Recently service had dwindled considerably. Staff members just sit with heads buried in their computers and don't even look up to say hello. They tried to charge me $5 to repair a screw in my glasses when previously all the girls had always done it for free! Very disappointed.

I was recently diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 59 and my sight has deteriorated rapidly in a matter of weeks. I've been extremely upset by the diagnosis because it came out of the blue, along with my being told that I also have inflammatory arthritis, which is extremely painful. Last Monday morning, finding I was unable to read with the glasses that I replaced less than a year ago, I went to the optometrist that I've been using for several years, in a very distressed state, to find out if replacing my glasses would help. The receptionist told me that she didn't know if glasses would help and I would have to make an appointment to discuss my question with the optometrist, becasue he was very busy and couldn't be disturbed. I am very happy with both new glasses and sunglasses, staff at Cooper and Lourie helped me choose glasses that suit my face and look stylish, I've never had so many compliments about my glasses before. My husband loves the new look. They went out of their way to ensure I was satified, great communication and service, i have recommended this store to friends already. Will go back next time.
