I have been seen by a few doctors, reason being that I was unsatisfied by the treatment of each doctor so moved on hoping to find one who would listen. What is it with this Clinic? Where's the level of care? They are very good at turning on a deaf ear and offer little to no compassion and cannot be bothered to look into whatever it is that is causing you ill health. I've been going to this clinic for the last 14 mths and feel totally dejected and my health problems are continuing. I am not kidding when I say that they have taken no steps whatsoever in looking into what is causing me to be so unwell.
3 doctors later from the Corangamite Clinic and I am still very disappointed. No help whatsover. All 3 doctors had the very same attitude. Not willing to look for a diagnosis as to why I am so unwell. If you have serious health issues do not bother with this clinic. I am as sick as a dog and they couldn't be bothered. I am new to the area and I must admit I have never found myself in this situation.
If you are unhappy with the care provided to you by this clinic, you should speak to the practice manager of this clinic, or lodge a formal complaint through the appropriate channels (e.g., Health Complaints Commisioner - hcc.vic.gov.au).
