I live 20mins west of Geelong & go to Corio Shopping Centre a few times a month. I have found a good variety of shops here. It's great to have Lowes, KMart, Rivers, Best & Less & Rockmans all in the same complex. Previous reviews about non-smoking areas & restricting school children, I see as positive. It is AWFUL to have to walk through a cloud of smoke at the entrance & children should be either at school or home ....not loittering at the local shops. They wouldn't get 'moved on' if they we actually making purchases.
Corio shopping centre has gone down hill since its management turn over, who has fueled loss of businesses due to rudeness and unwillingness to compromise.
Students from surrounding schools are kicked off the premises even after and before school hours which results in loss of purchases and customer exposure! Not to mention the hefty non smoking rules. I haven't done my shopping here for a while now and I wil never do my shopping here again,
