Had been with Coronis for 7 years with them managing a property rental, though had noticed service steadily slipping for the last five of those years. Between one commitment and another, all we could do was to try and manage the relationship as best we could though went from weekly to daily stumbles. The relationship became combative with us appearing to become the enemy rather than the customer. The last 12 months had been the worst, culminating in them attempting to take six weeks to find a tenant and the whole advertising process an unprofessional failure. We moved to another agent who took 2 1/2 days to find a great tenant and now wish we had moved years ago. We now find they have lost paperwork, appliance guarantees and this with an apparent efficient scanning system, they rely more on a 'safe place' for filing.
