Breakfast was a little pricey for what it was (I guess it is double bay though...), but yummy enough. The omelette with ham, capsicum and mushrooms was a good sized portion, and generously filled . The eggs were extra buttery which I liked and the mocha choc coffee balance seals the deal for a return the next time I'm in the area.
Cosmopolitan Cafe is a good spot for a late night coffee and dessert, or even a late night bite. The shop has an open atmosphere and is located on one of the busiest arterial street in the suburb which to me is a good thing as it allows you to soak in the ambience of the area. To top it off, there is also live piano music that develops the mood to even a higher level.
The caf seems to have also attracted customers of different age groups, so it is definitely something that makes it unique.
My friends and I ordered variety of drinks and they were reasonably priced for such an up-scale caf like this. We also ordered the Chocolate Mousse Trilogy dessert, which I think was perfect as it was not too sweet and the serving size is just right without having to make you feel guilty for eating too much.
The service is excellent and the staffs are very attentive. They were so welcoming when we asked for help taking pictures.
