Costis Fish and Chips Co

It was our first time trying Costis Fish and Chips Co for lunch and we were not disappointed! I loved that it was a *real* fish and chips shop - inside a food court, they didn't sell anything else but seafood and salad. The staff were both friendly and helpful, we got 2 serves of grilled fish (that in itself seems hard to find sometimes) one with salad and one with chips. The chips were a tad *dry* and not hot - they had been cooked and were just sitting in a hot tray, but the fish was hot, juicy and tasty. Everything looked so good to eat and was well presented. I personally liked that Pepsi Max - was available as a soft-drink option rather than Coke. Very happy with the amount of food we received for what we paid for it.
