Coughlan's Swim Centre

We've been doing lessons here for 2 years now. My daughter adores her teacher, and I like the fact that they focus so much on technique from the begining. Lovely pool. Staff have always been kind and helpful to us, and it's clear they are really interested in making sure the children progress.

My boys swam their first width without floaties at Coughlans and they still both swim there today. They enjoy their lessons and make good progress with techniques. The facilities are well maintained and the staff and coaches take a genuine interest in you and your child. Would recommend whatever your childs level of confidence or ability.

At first staff where very helpful and loverly

This person was beautiful at the end of the 10 lessons I rang up to notify them I couldn't pay for a winter season and that I wish to rebook in spring. The staff that answered was very nice and said they will put me through to another staff to help me out. Gets on the phone and says I'm due for payment I reply with I paid upfront for 10 lessons and due to winter we will be stopping they say yeah ok bye and hangs up! How rude I was happy with the service I received but will not be going back in spring. Goes to show when money is involved they are nice. Rude rude rude!

Staff aren't very nice, and don't attend to peoples queries. Level of coaching is poor and staff aren't qualified. Facilities are excellent though and it is a lovely environment.
