DO NOT RELY ON THESE PEOPLE. I booked my dog in here and, after my experience, would never rely on these people again. I was on my way to the airport with my dog to drop her off on the way. I had left enough time to drop the dog off and go to my airport parking and make my flight. When I arrived at Covaine, just before 12pm, they were locked up. We called and they said they closed at 12pm and would not take our dog. We had no choice but to take our dog home and had to miss our flights. I have no words for these people.
Many thanks to Lorraine and Colin for the wonderful care you provide to our dog. I can go away knowing my dog is extremely happy to be on her own holiday and I know that she is cared for and loved as one of their own. Its one of the only kennels I have found that lets the dogs out of the pen for a run alone in a secured area grassed area, its great that the dogs are not stuck in one enclosed pen the whole time that we are gone. Very satisfied with the care and setup. I would not hesitate to recommend Covaine Kennels.
We go away often and always use covaine ..... The dogs are very happy to stay, it is always spotless and they take excellent care of our dogs. We often come away with bits of advice on dog care too. unlike other kennels there are never any health issues after the dogs have been to Covaine
The place looks a little faded from the outset, but don't be put off! I lodged my two cats there during extreme heat - they had a double pen, aircon, a quiet place away from the dogs, and access indoors and out. My cats are extremely anti social and get stressed when strangers are around - the seclusion of the cattery was perfect, as other than being tended to they would have been left in peace and helped immensley with any stress. The cattery was spotless with no "cat smell", other cats there looked happy and and the owners were delightful. Will definitely use again, thanks Covaine!
