While the phonecall to make an appointment seems primative its quick and easy to get to the section you need to be referred to and make the appointments you need, the regular doctors are great and I wouldnt want anyone else to look after me, but the visitor doctors do at times seem to find an obsession with a single medical condition and diagnose everyone with the condition, such as a thyroid problem when you have gone in for a sprained foot.

you have to ring up for an appointment, no on line bookings one of the few medical centres in 2019 where you have to ring everytime for appointments. how hard can it be to set up on line appointments.Takes for ever for someone to answer the phone then you are put on hold & then they hang up on you.if the receptionists are too busy to take calls just for appointments isnt it wise to set up on line appointments.

They are still in the stone age, Every time you need an appointment you have to ring up, they dont do on line appointments it takes for ever to get thru on the phone then you are put on hold until someone decides to get back to you dosent matter what time you ring its always the same.Appointment lasted all of 5mins, Dr took blood pressure & printed a script & pushed me out the door, . Dr looked tired & disinterested & that was at 10am.

5 minute appointments rude doctor had attitude, refused to listen to what was said talked over the top of me & cut me off mid sentence wasnt really interested

Takes forever to get through and then put on hold for ages, and dr appointments only last less then 5 mins the dr tells u to get out make another appointment.
