I just picked my car up from Cranbourne auto and to say I'm impressed is an understatement,
After dropping the car off on Friday for what was going to be a one day job it turned out the car needed a fair few other things fixing. I kind of expected other faults and never doubted the other issues were genuine and needed to be fixed.
Dale called me to let me know but was aware I would be in a bit of a spot without a car for Monday so he got his team in on the Saturday to do the work ( never met you gents but thanks loads ) Dale also then met me late evening at the workshop so I could pick the car up!

Four cars in the family, we started going their years ago when his Dad ran the shop and have continued on happily with Dale (wifey says he's better looking than Dad but Dad used to call her Princess). Now he has a business loaner all the reps at work take their company vehicles there.
