Crazy Domains

Have unlimited hosting with Crazy Domains. Around 10 websites to the hosting. Server has been down for more than 2 hours. Customer service is terrible. I had to remind the agent that the initial recording while waiting to speak to a customer service agent, mentioned that I will speak to a friendly customer service agent. And when I got through to the agent, not friendly at all and had to remind him that the prerecording said I'll be speaking to a 'Friendly customer service agent' then he changed his tune. Additionally have been a customer for quiet some time, and in the past when a huge issue like this occurs, they use to compensate by giving some free extra hosting, they do recognise loyal customers or have a policy around recognising loyal customers, my last bill was $1000 and I get really poor customer service and a poor product. I will be looking to move all my hosting elsewhere and as well as move all my clients hosting away from Crazy Domains. See ...read more

Very happy with Crazy Domains. Their service rates are so budget friendly for a budding entrepreneur like me. Recommending them to everyone who want to start and online business and register domains. I’ve never seen my website looked any better than now. Truly a blessing.

I didn’t even have to lift a finger! Aside from convenience and affordability, my business experiences almost zero downtime from crazydomains. what a shame, a seemingly reputible company with terrible customer service, and their web servers seem to go down too often (or DNS issues, whatever!). The call centre people are really nice and friendly, unfortunately they are not trained and are just unable to assist with any request. When they escalate a ticket, it goes higher to some other person who also does not have an IT background or any understanding of how servers are configured, or why errors occur. So something simple like installing a new SSL certificate or fixing an email issue takes 7 to 10 days rather than just a few minutes. Even via email their customer service team are unable to assist, or blatantly disregard the issue as being internal and try to place blame on the customer. You get what you pay for; they are cheap and unreliable

I purchased SSL + EV for a domain and URL I have hosted with Crazy Domains. It took almost 2 months for my webpage to be verified from their provider Comodo and it was a process much stricter than getting a Merchant ID from my Bank. It is a awful experience that I do not recommend anyone going through so please beware. To note, Crazy Domains were obliged to install the SSL's once approved and did not render their agreement.
