I've been going to creative cuts for 7 years!!! They are amazing. They always do my hair perfect and the way i want it. The new salon looks fantastic and every one is always smiling and laughing, they make you feel really welcome. I would recommend them any day of the week to anyone! :)
i just had some foils put in my hair today and my root are yellow blonde and my ends are a brassy colour and i look like i have a eight weeks regrowth, i told them i was not happy, so they did it again and it still looks the same and now my ends are snapping off, worst hair colour ever, soooo not happy.

I've been going to them for years and so does my friends and family and we have only ever had one problem and we went back and creative cuts explained everything to my sister and were very happy to help and fix her hair. My hair was a trashed blonde when I started going there and they have helped me get it in the best best condition it has ever been. So I think you shouldn't say stuff like this on the net unless you have tried with them to fix it cause there is two side to every story.
I took in a LARGE picture of myself with the hairstyle i wanted.
I said more then ONCE that I didn't want one defined layer. They said they wouldn't do that, and that they'd give me wispy layers.
Over a THIRD of my hair is now ONE defined layer.
It's several inches shorter then I said I wanted.
They didn't go over it to see that everything was even and when I got home I noticed a big bit of hair that was over an inch longer then everything else.
Do not go here.
so did u go back or ring them up.Because im a customer of creative cuts bribie island and have been going to them for 8 years and they have done everything iv'e asked and all the girls there are great,if you have a genuine complaint you should go see them in person instead of posting rubish on the computer.
