Sam and team were great! His team were professional and understanding to our needs during our back yard renovation - which is now a feature piece of our property. The renovation was completed on time and to the original quote and communication with Sam throughout was clear and simple. The Creative Earth team also completed a deck and verandah for our friends which they love too. Would recommend Sam's Creative Earth team to anyone looking to improve their outdoor spaces!
Very disappointing. Sam turned on the charm at the start. However went downhill from there.
Quality of work was poor. The job took much longer than originally promised. When it came to dealing with complaints about work Sam quickly turned aggressive and threatening. Not a good experience. Not recommended.
