Creek Road Auto Service Centre

I've been servicing both cars with Creek Rd Auto Service Centre for the past few years and have always found the guys to be really helpful and good value. A few weeks back I had an issue with one of the cars (my fault). I gave them a call, they had me come straight in, dealt with the issue immediately, and insisted that they wouldn't take any payment since I was a regular customer. Admittedly they didn't need any parts... but it did take nearly an hour of their time. This was well beyond my expectations. I'm very grateful to have found a mechanic who provides such good, honest, service.

We have been taking all our cars to James and team for a few years now and have always found the service and treatment excellent. James and his team have helped us out quite a few times with urgent matters as well as friendly advice on all car matters including when looking to buy a vehicle. James is awesome! After going to a mechanic who quoted me over $2,000 in repairs, I went to James and he charged less than 1/4 I the price! Amazing!!

100% recommend. After being ripped off by so many mechanics in the past, I've finally found a place that legitimately cares about the customer and carries out a very good and honest service. Insanely helpful and knowledgeable. The staff are very human; I went to drop off my car the afternoon before the service (due to a very early shift at work) and one of the workers let me into the shop and to my shock actually asked how my day was and seemed interested in what I had to say (very, very different from your typical "hurry up, give me your money and get out of my shop" mechanic. The next day I picked up the car my and spoke to the owner James who had the exact same positive attitude. I am currently in the process of moving to Wilston on the north-side of Brisbane but I honestly think that this place is worth the short trek and I plan to come here for all my future services.

I highly recommend Creek Road Auto Service Centre for everyone - especially people like me who don't particularly know anything about cars. James explained what he was doing and kept me informed throughout the day so there were no surprises when the bill came. He even went to the extra effort of calling several suppliers to find the cheapest parts.
