Creswick Boarding Kennels

I first called asking about where my dog would be sleeping and spending time during the day, the lady I spoke to was very rude and quite unhelpful not really answering my question. However after finding out that he would be sleeping inside I booked him in. When we arrived, we put him in a small yard to take details, she was still quite blunt and I felt as though I was wasting her time. There were signs around like 'spoilt dogs live here' yet I was worried about him all weekend while we were gone and unlike other kennels she did not call or send photos. We picked our dog up and apparently he had a good time but we never even saw where he was staying. We will not be returning.
