My tenant organised a carpet cleaning and pest control at the end of her lease. Jamie come and did the job. One month later, we had an infestation of flees. I noticed that their invoice did not tick the box for pest control and called the company. The owner Jamie was away, I talked to someone else that believed that pest control was not done as they normally do a follow up two weeks after the first visit. Jamie did not reply to my email at that time. One month later, I called again and again Jamie was away and the same person took the call. I received a call from Jamie a few days after (this now two months after the job was done) and said that the one month warranty has now passed, the person that answered the phone does not work for him and that he did the pest control.
