It was bad enough that both of my ''hot'' mocha' s were luke warm, the second worse than the first, but how they approached my meal order... I was a part of a group for a breakfast get together and I ordered amongst the first but my 'meal' was the last to be served, some time later. Only, it was NOT what I ordered. They apologised, confirmed what I ordered and advised that it would come soon. Five minutes later another apology. One hour later my meal had NOT yet come. The waiter's response was to offer me another coffee, which I politely declined. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
Great food and value for money. We had a function of 13 or more people and we all paid $40 per head... We got delicious meatballs, Arancini, Bread, 2 Pasta dishes & a Ristto and then an amazing large pizza the SIZE of our TABLE!! As it was a birthday we even got a complimentary cake. It was a delicious and we will be coming back for sure!!
A hive of activity especially on a Saturday night. The two floors of this restaurant inside and outside is jam packed with people. Good bar upstairs with an extensive drinks menu. Good food menu with heaps of dishes to choose from and the food is lovely. The host that takes you to your table is friendly and professional but then getting any service after you are seated is quite a challenge. You had to try and locate staff to take your food order and then it took a considerable amount of time for your food to be served. Good food, poor service.
