Welcome to CrossFit North Gong, your first step to becoming an elite athlete. This is not your normal gym, this is not a studio or a health club; this is an arena where you will be challenged, transformed and victorious.

CrossFit North Gong is a fully equipped 220m2 CrossFit affiliated box. CrossFit North Gong provides members with regularly run classes, all the equipment needed to train you using the CrossFit method including bumper plates, Olympic lifting bars, gym rings, pull up bars, rowers, slam balls, kettlebells, push sleds and more.

At CrossFit North Gong our vision is to provide members with the highest level of quality, training, education and service so that they are able to reach their full potential.

CrossFit North Gong has one goal â?? to not only create individuals that are competent in all fitness domains, but to ultimately create a community that is encouraging, empowering, supportive and makes you a better you!

To get started with CrossFit North Gong simply come in and meet one of our coaches. You can either come in to watch a class in action or come and join a class to experience the Crossfit North Gong difference.
