I thought Crown was a quality service provider and decided to go with them. When moving from Melbourne to Sydney they damaged my bed while packing as was confirmed by the Crown staff in Sydney who showed me the issue. When I asked Crown for a replacement bed, they said sorry no insurance was done. But the issue was their careless packaging. Oh well, no more Crown for me ever !!!!
I was sold on Crown Relocations until I arrived in Australia- now I cant say a good word for you. You've had my furniture for nearly 3 months despite in clearing customs weeks ago and now wont deliver except when I cant take delivery. Staff keep ringing me to confirm dates and then I get more calls to change.. nobody appears to know what they are doing in the company! I am now trying to organise another company to deliver as I don't trust Crown will do what they say they will. Staff even forget to hangup the phone and starting talking about you behind your back! I pledge to tell anyone that will listen about the poor service of Crown Relocations!
Competitive quote but stung but additional costs at the destination. Consultant was very nice and provided a very good quote but when my goods arrived and were inspected by customs I get charged by Crown for additional storage costs incurred by a third party carrier. The Crown service was sold on the illusion that they don't use third party carriers. Would never use them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On behalf of Crown I would like to apologise for your obvious frustration. We would ask that you contact myself (07 32671060) to discuss this matter further. Should we find that the storage charges incurred were unfairly billed we will be happy to arrange a credit for same. As for a third party carrier it is difficult to know exactly what you are referring to here however we would be greatful for the opportunity to investigate and explain in greater detail.
