If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst service and the food isn't that great either. I ordered my sate chicken and Mongolian beef with no onions - I got half of my meals in the containers... Since when did onion take up half the meal?!?! Plus when I asked the man about this, he tried charging me more money to make up for the missing onion. Will never go back there and I will also tell my friends to go else where. The renovations must have got to their heads because they aren't as good as they think they are. What a rip off!!!
Very very Disappointed. Never ever again, we were over charged, charged for corkage, total cost well over $120 for four people which had never be the case before. We had standard meals like we had been ordering for years. Staff are rude. Especially the specific staff who has a bad attitude. We have been supporting this restaurant for more than 20 years. The management changed and so did the food and service. The previous management were fantastic and had looked after my family and friends for years. We won't ever be back. It's your choice if you go there but you have been warned.
Went to this restaurant for dinner last night and was extremely disappointed. The staff had obviously had a bad day and was completely rude. Slammed plates and glasses on our table, interupted and constantly reached across us. Maybe staff wasnt trained in the hospitality industry, but rudeness was unacceptable....
The food was well below average, it took them 15 minutes to have all the dishes we ordered brought to our table. So the first dishes were obviously cold by the time we got our rice, The salt and pepper squid was rubber, we couldn't eat it at all.
When we left asked why we didnt eat it and we told them it was too rubbery and we were told "no theres nothing wrong with it, its fine".
Needless to say, we had dessert elsewhere!
We now know why the restaurant is always empty :)
Dont waste your time.
