I wish to start this by saying thank you to CTF they recovered all my data from my old phone and transfer to my new phone which 5 other repair shops said cannot be done. customer service is excellent,we don't see this sort customer service from business any more. no wonder they been there for nearly 15 years. thank you again CTF I will refer any of my friend and family to you.
I Can't thank these guys enough!, I ran my iPhone 6 over with a truck while at work, I thought it could not be repaired, I took my phone into these guys and they rest assured me they will get a report on what needed to be repaired withing 24 hours and that they would organize for my data to be backed up plus they even organized a loan phone while I wait for my phone to be repaired, it took a short amount of time to organise all the replacement parts to get my phone back up and working again.
I got my iPhone 6 repaied from CTF Today, this job has been with another repair for 2 months without any comunication I gave the unit to CTF last friday (7/10/2016) I pick my handset today.(5 days later) my only regret is that I didnt goto them first. also within the last few days they called me 3 times to give job updates

WARNING! Do not give them your device. They use fake cheap parts as confirmed by Samsung themselves. Got my device back in worse shape, they charged me top dollar. Service sucks, need to chase them up for information on device only to find out the device was "repaired" days ago. This is in regards to the CTF store in Balga off Waneroo rd next to Dan Murphey liquor store. Dont say I didnt warn you.
I am sorry to hear that you had a bad expreance at CTF in Balga but I am a bit confused about your comments
1. if you get a phone repaired out side samsung or any manufacturer they will tell its not authentic parts (fake parts)
2.if the unit was repaired why did you have to take the unit to samsung. all repairs come with a 1 YEAR WARRANTY

I asked the specific question, "do you use genuine parts?" I was told yes. Then Samsung told me they were not. To add, injury to insult when I opened the phone myself some of the scews fell out. It looked like a three year old had tried to repair my phone. You say your sorry about my experiece, dont be sorry just give me my money back.
