Will never forget the worst nighmare for both my son and myself in this centre. They would not even care to help my poor little boy to get changed when he had accidents. Many times I found the poos sticked and dried in my son's underwares when picking him up from the centre. Poos and weewee must have stayed there for hours without any notice of the childcare attendants. And they kept overcharging me, blaiming for the system that made mistakes every time I told them. After 5 months, I had to end up this night mare by moving my son back to his old centre, even this caused my more trouble with going to work. The last week of my son at their centre, they even did not upload his attendance records to centrelink. This caused us not receiving CCB & CCR while being charged full payment via direct debit.
