Awesome service! Friendly staff but Craig went above and beyond!!! Awesome sales men who was genuinely concerned with our needs rather than being pushy just to get a sale! Fantastic and friendly person and would highly recommend you to go see him if your in the market for a new car!!!! Scott in finance also was fantastic and made the finance process easy and hassle free!!!

NEVER visit this dealership!
I purchased a brand new car in March. I was given the option to have after market leather seats installed in the car for an additional cost- I took this option as I was told they would look genuine by the Sales person (in writing)
I picked up my new car it was given to me in a filthy condition and the leather seats looked terrible! I told them on the spot that it wasn’t good enough and was told that the leather would take a couple of months to settle in (which isn’t the case) and it was agreed that in my first service the seats would be re done and the car fully detailed. Cumberland ford, the most shady place u could ever by a car firstly they claimed they did the service before giving me the car stupid then forgot to stamp log book not only that there is nothing in the system of the service all they did was put a sticker on my car ! Second they decided to tell me my warrenty was canceled after they checked over my car not before so they can get $190 off me they are the most shady people out there and thirdly blatantly rude

I had to get my car repaired under warranty.I had no hassles what so ever from any staff.I was treated in a professional manner and the car repaired promptly.
