Went to Curry Printing as they were one of the few printing services my area with a rather unusual request. I went in with a fair bit of trepidation due to previous reviews here, but found that my experience couldn't be better! Staff were brilliant and printed up an example of what I was after on the spot. After that I was told I could come back after lunch to pick up the rest of my prints. Couldn't be happier!
By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Walked in to a very cold reception. We took two items to be laminated. Neither were done properly. One creased the other ripped all down the side. If I could give anyone who plans to do business here a tip, it would be to not complain if your product ends up ruined. They do not take kindly to questioning the quility of their work, however bad it may be. They might even end up yelling at you like they yelled at us...the paying customer. We will travel far and wide to avoid going back to curry printing.
I am surprised to hear this comment as I believe we always try to do the best we can to achieve the customers request to the best of our ability and as we are human and can make mistakes do our best to remedy them as best we can. If they had of come back and spoken to me I would have done my best to remedy the problem.

We signed off on prototypes only to find that the end product was a completely different colour from the one signed off on, that a lot of our paper had ben wasted due to a printer malfunction, that there were now spelling mistakes, and that the cutting of certain pieces was crooked. Our original quote was half of what we ended up paying and when we politely questioned the increase of price, an aggressive staff told us that we should have asked more questions (= hidden costs), and that we should have ...read more
