very disappointed with my experience. After calling the salon to check the price of a colour and then ringing back to confirm that yes it will definitely be $79 for the colour that I was wanting to go (telling them), I went into the salon thinking that this was the price I would be paying. Arriving at the salon the staff were all really friendly and I was seen to straight away. I then showed the stylist what i was after and she said she would work out a quote for me as I was going to get a cut and they were going to do my roots a different colour. When she came back, I nearly died, they wanted $200 for my hair. I understand that for the two different mixtures of colour it would cost more, but I couldn't understand in the first place why they wanted to do the two when i wanted the same colour all over.
