Very friendly staff. The hair consultation was done with detail explanation. The lady (Shanan) didn't cut my hair too short and she showed me the lenght before she cuts further. Great experiance every time, I have never been into a more professional salon in all my life! I have been going there for a little over a year now and have had a few different girls do my hair and I have been really happy every time. You always see the same staff in the shop so to me thats a great sign, would highly recommend it to anyone, also love the little extras like snacks and beverages offered, Thanks girls!!!
really hit and miss, i had a great experience the first time i went there but its just gotten worse and worse ever since. sour attitude of the person i've had last 2 times had turned me right off, doesn't talk and doesn't listen. its a shame i cant remember the name of the person i had first time to ask when she works, but maybe she moved on
