Cuts And Color

I agree with other people who have reveiwed this place. Firstly horrible service. The hairdresser I had finished off in 10 minutes stright, she kept answering the phone and serving customers in between and she pretended not to understand what I was saying. To whatever instructions I gave her she kept saying "sorry..whats that". So she dint give me the hairstyle I was after,no odea what she did. My hair is of diffrent leght of if I partition it from the middle.

I have to give this shop for the lowest rating as possible because of the way they serve customers. The staff who cut for me was completely ignorant. She literally took less than a minute to trim my hair, however, the total time I have to spend waiting is almost 20 minutes because she was busy taking the phone so many times. Until I cannot endure anymore, I asked other staff if anyone can help out, then she shockingly said my hair was done without checking it ( where the reality is my hair was uneven). So disappointed with this level of customer service. Also, the price for trimming my hair (1cm) was $35 which was a completely ripped off. I will never go back.

Our family went here whilst Christmas shopping recently for a trim the back of our one year olds hair. They sat her down for literally 30 seconds snipped the hair and charged us $20.00. I understand they're running a business and we never expected it for free but we felt very ripped off! I would not recommend this place and will not go back.

Went here today to get my waist length hair cut and the staff cutting my hair completely ignored what I asked for, which was a medium length cut with layers (I showed the staff pictures). Staff proceeded to completely ignore me and cut it to shoulder length with no layers. Before staff did the first cut staff did not ask if the length was alright. When I noticed how short staff had been cutting it and said something staff just said "oh". No apology, nothing. Don't even bother with this place, a good hairdresser should always err on the side of long when a long haired person is asking for a super drastic cut, instead I got about 5 inches more cut off than I had asked for.

I went here because I was in a rush to get my hair done... BIG MISTAKE!

The staff who served me had no time to listen to what I wanted. Snipped and chopped away doing their own thing. I walked away with an uneven, misshaped, old-fashioned haircut. Blowdried my hair to look like I was in the 70s, I tied it up straight away. When I got home I straightened it and noticed it is all uneven, one side has a layer the other doesn't... it is horrendous. AND to top it all off, it cost me a pretty penny! Never again!!!
