Cutting Crew Melton

Requesting a basic bob style cut I was talked into trying out something different to which I wasnt to happy with but assured it would suit. An unprofessional job(that looked nothing like the style i was shown) left with chopped and uneven hair I go back to have fixed. To then leave with a burnt head(ears & neck) from bleaching and an even shorter yet still shonky haircut I am overly angry at the service provided. No hygiene with no cleaning of equipment. Scissors used with mulitple customers. Brushes full of others hair to then be used on my own. Storing of equipment is greatley out dated(no cleaning equipment). 0 stars on professionalism. Lacking in hairdressing knowledge and skills. And to have the boss at this level is that of a worry.

half a star to the lovely assistant hairdressers for the compassion and seeing the faults in the bosses haircutting. Absolutley dissatisfied.
