Do not go here, is my only advice.....I would give this place zero stars!

I booked in for a spray tan and arrived for my appointment on time. Someone was there and told me that they were going to kill the staff who was supposed to be coming in to do my tan. The staff was new apparently and it was their first shift and they kept telling me the staff wasn't going to turn up. And a lot of their gurus regularly didn't show up to work?!? I told them i didn't need this and was going on holidays tomorrow, I had finished work early to rush and make this appointment. Hard to find a place with a good stand up tanning bed or for that matter a solarium in sydney, so was happy to find this studio! Found it quite busy in the evenings altho the friendly costumer service and vibe of the tan studio make up for it.

These guys are good, have been using them about a year, rarely have to wait and very friendly, always remember your name. Can't park out the front, have to park in Alexander Street and walk about 20 metres. Seems tanning salons are getting harder to find, so nice to have one local!

Extremely unhappy with Cybertan.

I booked in 2 weeks prior, and when I arrived at my confirmed time they were closed... Even though their closing time was 1 hour after my booking. I drove a fair distance to try these guys out and extremely dissapointed.

I tried calling several times and no answer. And they are yet to get back to me.
