D J Murphy Plumbing

I woke at 0730 to a cold shower. Rang trusty DJMurphy plumbers at 8.15 They returned my call at 8.20 and by 1100 I had a brand new hot water system installed. Thanks to Josh, Danny and the team, I could not be more highly impressed with the service, the speed of response, professionalism and helpfulness!! Would never (and have never) used any other plumbers!!

For some reason my landlord suggested calling DJ Murphy to help with a flooding issue in my apartment, the bloke I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and patronising, and literally laughed at my issue whilst I was in the middle of speaking.

The actual plumber who showed up was lovely and got stuff done. But I'm extremely disappointed in the attitude and manner of whoever it is that answers the phones. I've never experienced a more arrogant and rude customer service person.

I have had the pleasure of using DJ Murphy Plumbing for nearly 10 years both at my home and investment property. They are honest, realiable, reasonably price and all round great team.
I feel relieved that when I ever need a plumber I can call DJ's and know i am not being mucked around.

I have read both reviews. One sounds that his mother wrote it and the other sounds like it came from the opposition. I have used Murphy's only once after he was highly recommended by a neighbour who has lived in the area for many years. I found them to be punctual and polite. They rectified my plumbing issues and then I recieved a reasonable bill. Can't ask for much more, so I shall use them again.

I have known D J Murphy and his competent team of experienced plumbers for many years During this time I have used their services on many occassions .
I have always found them to be prompt,reliable,professional,reasonably priced ,informative,courteous,respectful,knowledgable and honest and all this with the added benefit of good humour .If you want a good job done the first time without any problems then I highly recommend you call them.On several occassions the work I needed to have done required extensive exploritory work to ascertain the cause of the problem ,DJ Murphy Plumbing were always open and honest in their appraisal/recommendation,always explained things to me in terms I could understand and always came up with options/solutions to rectify the situation.They dont take short cuts,they do good work that you know will ...read more
