Da Sette Soldi Restaurant

This place is super busy! Had dinner here with a group and there were several others. All table service when you dine in. Takeaway did seem more popular. We all enjoyed our meals. Quite large portion sizes, although we did order garlic bread and the antipasto platter too. They did allow us to takeaway the leftovers but I found my pasta wasn't as good reheated. Service was friendly and we didn't feel like we waited too long for anything. The restaurant atmosphere wasn't anything fancy so I'd do takeaway next time.

My wife and I have dined at Da Sette numerous times with friends and family and have always been very happy with the standard of food and service provided by the very friendly owners.We once confused the waiter with our order and received two pizzas instead of one.No problem,and no charge for the extra even though we volunteered to pay.We love their food and are happy to recommend them to anyone who enjoys good Italian food.

Long wait, insufficient, yet friendly, service, Inconsistent food - a perfectly cooked steak, but then over-cooked pasta. Not good value for money.

Granted, we were a large group without a booking, but the service and food was below average. Upon sitting down, we ordered sparkling water and garlic bread. We waited for about 15 minutes for the water (but the alcoholic drinks ordered later came out without a problem) and over half an hour for the garlic bread. When we asked whether they were still coming, we were told that it was coming, which eventually, it did. Then at last! Some food! Unfortunately it was only one dish for one of our youngest diners. Amazing food and customer service has been excellent. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

It seems like a lovely little restaurant, I just wish they were more vegetarian friendly. There is only one vegetarian item on the entire menu, which is a pizza. On my first visit I asked for some pasta without the meat, and it came with meat. I can understand miscommunications happening with 'special orders' and I would be happy and willing to visit again if the menu had at least one vegetarian pasta meal on the menu.
