Dairy Park is an 1100 ha working farm, using Holistic Management principals to promote a greater biodiversity within the farm environment. The farm is set in the picturesque rolling hills of the central tablelands of New South Wales located between Bathurst and Cowra. The property has been in the Molloy family since the 1830’s. Grant, Liz and their family run sheep for prime lambs and wool, and beef cattle are bred and raised.Guests are encouraged to join them in general farm activities which include, feeding and checking water for the stock, horses and dogs, feeding hens and collecting the eggs, seasonal stock activities and mustering sheep and cattle as required. Other activities include a four wheel drive property tour, horse riding, tennis, star gazing, pleasant walks, bird watching, relaxing in the garden, exploring the local district for the historic villages, fine restaurants and golf courses.Farm Stay accommodation is in a self-contained cabin on a bed and breakfast basis. i wont recommend at all to anyone to stay.husband took one night deposit$260 dollars but when we cancelled the accomodation by phone the husband said this time he will consider to put back the money on my account only to deduct $20 on fees for cancelation. i check my account the money was not there i tried to call not available always answering machine. finally july10 i called the partner answer and told me i totally lost the deposit and not aware what the management told me.i told the partner i was not happy and maybe only fair at least take half of the amount.we work hard for our money they only talk on the phone. the partner said management will call.were waiting.
