Staff were friendly and helpful, then one rude knob walked in office and very unhelpful.

Daisy's have great products at great prices. The staff are always helpful and products arrive on time. We've been buying from Daisy's for 15 years and recommend them to everyone.

Well I am beyond disappointed at the customer service. I have never in my life as a customer been spoken too nor treated the way we were today when inquiring about railway sleepers. We are from a carpentry company so knew exactly what we were looking for. After asking very politely if it would be possible to get the easiest available pack opened as there were several bad quality ones on the ground and we wanted 12 x (9ft) for a client. They said extremely rudely that it wasn't going to happen unless we sorted and unstacked the mixed crappy pile on the ground and only then if we weren't going to buy any of those he would open the next lot. We explained after having quite a good look at the loose ones we weren't at all happy with the quality and definitely wanted the next lot.
