Did not finish the job!! We paid over 10K for a new heater cooler installed in January and they did not finish the job!

During installation, for some reason they could not link up the outlet in our loungeroom, and said they would come back the following week to install it.

A month later, I'd still heard nothing and called them. After now four emails/ phone calls, three months later... nothing. The job is unfinished! Very poor service unfortnately.

Dale Air replaced our old Brivis gas ducted heating system with a new Bonaire system that's more energy efficient and came with a great warranty. Highly recommend Dale Air to anyone in the bayside area looking for reliable heating specialists. Thanks again Steve and team.

We had a difficult problem, with a very cold back half of the house, with many doors leading to the passage. Patrick came to our house, listened to our problem, inspected our house and came up with a very cost effective solution. The tradesmen that came were promp, efficient and extremely neat. It was the perfect solution to our problem. I don’t think 5 stars are enough.

After three quotes from nearby companies for a Brivis 6-star replacement ducted heater, I found Dale Air to be great value that included a free Touch Controller in the price.

Our new heater is much quieter now and much more efficient than the old unit it replaced.

After sales service is a good measure of a company and when I reported a slight gas smell they arrived within a few minutes to seal the small leak and when I discovered one of our ducts was not working, Dale Air came out the same day and fixed it.

I was impressed with the knowledgeable sales rep, speedy installation and responsive after sales service. Would I recommend them? It's a "Yes " from me. CB, Parkdale
