I have used Dark horse 3 times - twice for flyers and once business cards. Did not have the bad experiences describred below. Certainly delivery was not as quick as promised (but my jobs were relatively small so not a priority; they were sent promptly after I enquired).
Shiloh was very proactive when she was worried that my logo may not print clearly and she offered to send me a proof for my small job (which I accepted - I was happy with the proof and the final job.
They were certainly on the lower end of the quotes I got and my philosophy is you can't expect good steak for $7.99/kg.
TERRIBLE!!! - The service by this company was nothing short of horrendous! Running a number of educational courses throughout Australia, we deal with a number of printing organisations. I have never dealt with such rude and unhelpful printers. We sent them 3 printing jobs, each worth over $250 and none were received on time for the course, even though ample time for the printing was given. The company is now refusing to reimburse us for our pre-payment. I would AVOID this company at all costs.
