disgusting customer service given by a staff within the store. Very condescending and rude. Never coming back, i'd rather travel and pay twice as much than to be spoken to like that again. Could have dealt with it if it was just one comment, but the entire conversation was shameful to this business. Staff offered the service for free "this time"..but I would have rather payed for it than to cop the attitude. no thanks, not a fan. not willing to try again.
Friendly service as soon as you walk in the store. I recently put a bow on
Layby with a few things( arrows, a bow case, etc), when I finished with the layby I asked about a sight, and was talked out of buying one but in a good way, they gave me their opinion without making me look like an idiot. The only place that I will go for my archery needs.
