David Hart and his wife Christine Hart opened their first gallery in Broken Hill in 1991, selling exclusively the Hart family, and then opened David Hart Galleries on the Sunshine Coast in 2001. Now that they reside in Brisbane (to be close to their adult children), the gallery has become an "online" gallery and they are very proud to showcase exclusively the works of the famous Hart family.
David has been exhibiting along-side his father, iconic Australian artist Pro Hart, for 30 years and is now so proud that his three adult children have now followed in the family footsteps. David's two brothers and two sisters are also professional artists but interestingly, the art gene started all the way back in the 1920's with Pro's mother, Kath Hart, who was also an artist- making this the 4th generation of Hart artists!

A very nice little gallery on the Esplanade at Mooloolaba.
Love my Red Vase art from here and when the Noosa store didn't have what I was looking for, this store happily helped out.

I can't go past a browse through the David Hart Gallery when visiting Noosa.
I just had to take home a couple of his Dragonflies on my last visit! (which he's no longer doing!)
There's not just wall art but smaller gifts from placemats and coasters to tea-towels for gifts too.
Staff are always very friendly and helpful. See if you can find the 8 Dogs in his paintings!
