My family have been using this practise for several years. Respectful, courteous and on time. The only down side is that they are expensive. I am pleased they are our local,

I'm not too sure if I'd like to see the doctor there again. They were rude, plain rude by summoning us into his room while they made us wait, then rushed my daughter and I out of the consultation room abruptly to answer a call. When they ushered us back in, they didn't even apologise nor explain for their unpleasant behavior. The vibe was negative right from the beginning and we are hesitant to go back to them.



Not paying a doctor who is unwilling to see us.

Glad this clinic runs (very close to) on time, unlike many others with a wait of at least an hour.

The doctors seem competent and good with kids. Receptionists are friendly and thoughtful.

Pity they don't bulk bill adults.

I had an appointment with Dr Richard Ng today. He is thorough, helpful, professional, and trustworthy. I highly recommend him. He has been exceptional on every occasion I have seen him.

Friendly, very helpful staff. Beautiful comfortable interior. Modern well equipped. Lovely atmosphere. Most of all they're supremely professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend this practice to others and their families.
