Worst customer service in history. These people will do anything to try keep the money but do nothing to accommodate. Be wary of them with any cancellations. Don't make any booking with them until you're certain that you'll be definitely staying there. I called trying to cancel a booking min 7 weeks in advance only to be told that cancelling is no problem however your choice is either stay with us off peak within 6 months or lose your money. When are people going to learn that the T&C don't mean nothing in the court of law. I will continue to do this until something gets done. It might be only a $40 issue however I wonder how many other people have done through this. Money for jam they might see it as but I work too hard all year to give these people free money.
Disappointing and unreliable booking system. Despite confirming availability of our site days earlier via email, it was only after contacting then earlier the day of arrival that we may be arriving a little late that we were informed that they had not booked us in, and that no sites were available (despite the email confirmation). A little awkward after departing from Brisbane that morning on our way home to Victoria with two young children and two dogs in tow, particularly so as it was during the period between Christmas and New Year. They were unable/unwilling to suggest anywhere else. After explaining that our options were to either camp at a road-side truck stop (totally undesirable with the kids and dogs) or continue with the 20-hour drive home to Victoria, the best they could offer was "sorry for the inconvenience" before hanging up.
