Thanks to Mike and the team at de-fence. The glass pool fence and stainless steel handrails look a million dollars. Big thank you to Alex for putting up with my changes.

I have just landscaped by back yard and used 6 or 7 tradesmen/businesses. I would only recommend 2 of them. De-Fence is one of the two. The pool fence and gate look great. They kept me informed the whole way through the process. It was a pleasure, thanks.

this company installed a gate which I paid over $800 for. 12 months down the track and the powder coated hinge is rusted and it wont close, after chasing them for a month to come and fix it they tell me today its out of warranty sorry, this is bad, a building product should last at least 10 years very bad form, dont recomend

Be warned! Do yourself a favour and save your time and money! These 'professionals' mismeasured four of our 15 fence panels incorrectly twice, and 2 of our 3 gates three times. On two of these return visits to refit the newly measured panels half the products failed to turn up to be fitted as an oversight saw them not reordered after we had waited 2 additional weeks! The contacted fitters did a great job and the product was ok but found the company grossly incompetent and unprofessional, but were sorry once the job was completed after 9 and 1/2 weeks, a job we were told would take no more than 2 weeks! Never again!

As a designer working in the building industry it is extremely rare that I see a contractor deliver a sales and construction process flawlessly. I can say that of my recent experience with de Fence. From the beginning of the process in dealing with the sales team, through the co-ordination of the project with the administration staff and onto the final construction with the installers on site, the service and efficiency was exceptional. The communication from the de Fence team was always timely, thorough, courteous and efficient. Their time and assistance in finalising the design to suit the site was very beneficial. No question was considered too trivial and no request ignored. The installation team worked efficiently and resolved any issues with a can do attitude. The final result is what I would consider to be of the highest quality.
