I have been a client of Anita's at Defrenza Salon for over 10 years. I always get a fantastic cut and colour here and the best customer service and attention. They have never been late for one of my appointments. I am always greeted by name and offered a drink, and made to feel very comfortable by the whole team. I would highly recommend them for the expertise in hair styling and their great customer service. One of the best hence why I keep coming back.
I have been a client at DeFrenza Salon Gymea for sometime now and the girls are always polite and happy and provide me with the best service on my hair. I would highly recommend this salon if you want good service from very talented stylists at very competitive prices.

The staff at the Gymea salon did not serve this client and have never attended to her before. The caringbah salon is run by a different owner and has nothing to do with Defrenza salon Gymea
I can assure you that I did attend the Gymea Salon and 3 months after I posted the above review I received an abusive voice message demanding I remove my review. If I was never a customer of Defrenza Salon how did you get my number? Maybe Defrenza Salon should re focus their time and energy into improving customer service rather than harassing disgruntled customers!
You only attended the Gymea salon , due to the fact that the other salon was under renovations , and simply to come in and have your hair blowdryed that once ..
I'm very happy to say that De Frenza Gymea salon has been serving the shire since the year 2000..and we look after our clients to the best of our ability ,and until this day we strive to keep it that .
