We placed a order with them and the order was incomplete and missing parts and the instructions. We have made many attempts to get in contact with them on the website in my account and also via phone but we have had no luck. I am starting to get a bit angry as it isn’t very professional not to get in contact with someone if your product isn’t correct I know there can be mistakes and things missing but you at lease make contact with the buyer and fix the problem I’m not a happy shopper at the moment

Thanks for your reply my order number is 28027363 and we are missing the number 3 bar that joins the top piece together. It’s number three in the instruction manual that we finally got sent yesterday.

I've unsubscribed over 20 times to Deals Direct mailing lists. I've emailed them over 10 times to tell them to stop sending me marketing emails.
They just ignore it and keep sending me more emails.
It's beyond a joke and unethical business practice.

Still waiting for 4 lots of perfumes ordered and paid for 5th July, they keep saying they cant find order what a joke, I can see it clearly on the site still waiting for them to dispatch it grrrr.

I have shopped with DealsDirect for many years and love the variety and quality of goods available. Shipping is always fast and efficient. I just wish that they would offer free shipping occasionally, like they used to. Since they have been taken over by OzSale, there is never any extra incentives offered like discount codes or free shipping. Bring back the promotions, DealsDirect!
