Enjoy a peaceful stay right on the banks of the serene Meander River in the lovely historic town of Deloraine. Breathe the fresh country air as you stroll along the the green river banks and lawns among beautiful trees and shrubs. Try fishing in the river or watching the water birds. Dine at the fine restaurants and cafes a few steps away from your well equipped caravan park.

This park is located right on the Meander River. With ducks, swans, trout and platypus in the river. Couldn't get a more beautiful location. Ablutions are old but kept clean. There is a walk way along the river for an easy stroll to the main street, or cross over the foot bridges for a loop along the river on both sides.
Location is great for access to Devonport, Launceston or the highland lakes.
Only down side is that there is no security. We stayed here for three weeks, despite the security, as it is such a beautiful spot.
Park is run by Apex. Cost for powered site is $30 per night for two. Stay six nights and get the seventh night free.
