Very Poor Experience !
I booked a miniball party and was meant to get extra 100 paint balls per kid, as was on my booking sheet from them. This apparently was a mistake on their end as they could only offer 15 per kid.
The problem is it was only picked up on the day with the kids next to me at the counter waiting to play, so i had no choice but to hand over nearly 200 bucks extra on top off the original booking.
Management offered absolutely ZERO compromise, management staff wasn't even allowed to throw any extra in. Why bother having a management staff when they can't help ?
Brilliant day out, perfect birthday party for my son and his friends. I'm guessing I'm notunlike most other Victorian parents who have been bugged by their kids to take them paintballing. I still remember the look on my son's face when we were walking through Chadstone shopping centre and were told by a ticket seller that 10 year old kids could now play this modified 'mini' version of the game. We booked a game using the tickets for 10 players and they loved the entire experience - from dressing up like rambo with face paint to finally being allowed to shoot a 'gun'. Definitely recommend, we'll be back next school holidays!
Love this place. We play at another paintball venue in Melbourne but decided to try Delta Force this after purchasing a package in a shopping mall. The game zones are sick!!!!! This site has urban style game zones that you do not find at a typical bush field. It was almost like Call of Duty for real. I was bummed there were no upgrade guns but the riot shields were awesome. I've never seen these before. The boys got pretty bruised up but we've now booked again for a rematch in June. Get there!
Took my boys for their birthday party over the weekend and they had an absolute blast! The staff were outstanding making sure we had what we needed, basecamp was great with tables around we could setup on for the day with our birthday cake and treats.
Out on the game zones, helping the boys with strategies to make sure they got into the fight and moved up to win the game.
I would highly recommend taking your kids here, I will be back.
