We just want to do normal service,the technique guy come,he gives us replacement scales and bring ours old one to office to do service. After he touch it, the replacement scales are not connect to our computer. After 1 week when he come back to swarp to our scales ,it still have connection problem. He keep says it not him fault, he didn't touch it. he ask us to pay for cable 75 dollors, and give us bill for repairing $475 plus gst. total bill is $594!Actually we just want to service,he didn't call me and asked if we would like to do repair! It is really bad experience!!!
