Went down to their Dandenong clinic for a tooth ache emergency. Had to wait a couple of days before they could fit me in their 'busy schedule'.

The clinic is not clean, and the service provided is unsatisfactory and outrageously expensive. They run 2 X rays - which proved to be unnecessary, but of course you will have to pay for them, and over-numbed the area - again, you have to pay for the anesthetic. As a result I had to go and see another dentist 2 months later because they drilled out only half of the decay, leaving the other half in there ready to attack my nerve, and put the filling.

Not to recommend.

Do not go! The worst medical experience in my life!



Charged me up to $2,000 for a root canal treatment and still left me in sharp pain rating 8/10 for 7 days. 4 dentists from this clinic failed to diagnose the problem. Refused to send my files to a dentist I wanted to see and tried to refer me to a more expensive "root canal expert"($2400-$2600). Lost my records and x-rays; asked me "financially ok or financially difficult " during my visits; blamed me for being pregnant. Turn out they missed one infected root over 7 months which caused the pain. I finally saw other general dentist and fixed up the problem in one hour for $700.



Cancel your booking and never go to this clinic!!!!!!
