The Staff is usually great, the doctors are great, the receptionists during the week are fantastic, but the receptionist on the weekends, today on 05/08/23 @10am, is rude, she is mean and has no idea what duty of care means. I've call a few times over the weekends and she is the most uneducated with zero customer skills receptionist I've met.
Love the fact i can always get an appointment considering other clinics are fully booked from the day before. From the moment you walk in your greeted with a smile. The reception staff go far and beyond their duties to ensure the patients needs are meet. They are genuinely caring helpful and very friendly. Yes there is a waiting time but when do you ever get into a doctors appointment on time. The doctors and nurses are very thorough and make you feel at ease. Trading hours meet my busy work schedule. Highly recommended
I have been a patient of this clinic for some time now and I find that the doctors and all staff are fantastic, however wait times are expected but this is typical for any good GP clinic - they give you the time that you need. Reception staff are very helpful, bright and welcoming.
Nurses are lovely also.
Clinic trading hours are very helpful! especailly for us working mums.
Dr Kalamani Krishnaswamy is one of the best doctors that we have been fortunate to have. She is very down to earth and without any airs about herself. She makes us feel important and remembers us without having to go through the previous visit history. Even after moving the suburbs, we travel long distance only because of Dr. Kalamani.
The only sad part is about the receptionists who rule the place and they needs to be mended. Their Phone and Person manner is very rude and abrupt. The long waits I guess relate to more of Receptionists trying to control the place rather than doctor / patient driven.
