Be aware of Dial up plumbing, they charge more than double the normal amount.
They replaced a full set of shower head + taps ( 3 pieces altogether) and charged me $592, (they were very proud to say they got "cheaper" parts with 1 year warranty at $180) that equals a labour of $400 to replace the above (which was finished in 30 minutes)
I believe your company charged me a double figure than expected,my loss was about $300 only your loss is reputation and company trust.
Actually I should have read the reviews befoer I contact the company.

After the original review I got to talk to the admin as well as the boss over the phone, they eventually discounted the job from 592 down to 450 (part+labour). I was asked to change the star rating however truelocal does not allow me to do so.
I could give them 3 star even though still do not recommend them.
Beware of DIal Up Plumbing charged me 50% more than the market price in conducting work at m to dismantle the old gas bayonet and supply 1 install new gas bayonet. Total charge $522!
After conducting a number of calls and obtaining some quotes this work it shouldn’t be charged more than $250 (including call out fees during the same day).
I believe your company charged me a double figure than expected, which I found astronomic, compared to what every other business is quoting me currently (during holiday season as well)

Beware of DIal Up Plumbing as they promise a lot but deliver nothing but grief. Their quote to do a job seems reasonable but in my case the quote to unblock a drain grew from $330, to an extra $850 to replace a toilet they broke, to an extra $5000 to dig up the backyard to install an inspection point. They did not unblock the drain and I got rid of them for being incompetent and had another plumber complete the job which included unblocking the drain, installing a new toilet and the new inspection point for a total of $1600.
In my opinion I would not get Dial Up to change a washer.
