Diamond Boarding Kennels & Cattery

I have used this service many times for my dog. It is very reasonably priced, my dog loves it and the staff and that is important. Good idea to have the bath before you pick them up as no dog smells good after being in a kennel.

Highly recommended. We couldn't be happier with the exceptional care of our dog George after his 2 week stay. Staff were freindly and caring, price was very reasonable and the option of him having a bath before pick up was an added bonus. He smelt better than when we dropped him off :)

Absolutely disgusting! DO NOT use this kennel! I have never dealt with such horrible, nasty customer service ever. I would never wish anyone to leave their dog there even if it was free! We attended the kennels to see if we could have a look before leaving our dog there. The manager said they do not take inspections even though it says inspections welcome in big writing on the wall & would not even let us through for a quick look. What have they got to hide? How horrible they are treating your pets? He was rude, arrogant and his behaviour was absolutely disgusting to his customers. I would never wish anyone or their dog to be looked after by these kennels. I am looking into authorities higher up to take this company further as they do not deserve to be in operation.

Don't use this if u love ur pet ! My dog was neglected and was not fed. I couldn't believe how much weight she has lost only over 4 days ! Owner was pushing and shoving my dog in front of me so I can only imagine what happens behind closed doors ! Dnt use them , not worth the risk.

I have been using diamonds boarding kennels for 30 years now and i find the staff very help full and friendly and is at a good price. My dogs always come back very happy and content. Molly
