Absolutely love this nail salon, I don't think I'd ever go to another nail salon. Their skills and customer service always meets my expectations. What I also love about my experience every time is seeing how kind the boss lady is towards her employees, she herself is extremely hard working.
Would highly NOT recommend this salon to anyone, bad experience all in all. It took over one hour to complete a simple manicure with shellac and it took 3 different staff members to finish it off.
The manager kept accepting customers which in turn left people already seated with half done nails and it was so rough and rushed when done. Really unhappy. Ladies don't waste your time, effort or money here. Plus the salon appear unclean and untidy. There was no customer service at all, staff were busy chatting amongst themselves in a different language.
This place is absolutely the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I have been here twice and I'm not one to judge on first time experiences and usually give places second chances. The first time I went here, I got a shellac manicure in which the colour was not applied evenly, the 'nail artist' was definitely not concentrating on what they were doing and too busy b******g about people to their colleague. They put the shellac polish all over my fingers, which hurt to peel off and seemed like they were in such a rush when the store was quiet.
The second time round, I gave it a second go. I had a mani and pedicure done. The manicure was not a problem but as I was getting my pedicure done, they were cutting the cuticles and skin around my toenails and cut and pulled a skin really deeply. WORST NAIL SALON I'VE EVER BEEN TO! My nail 'artist' didn't speak english, i told staff a million times what i wanted, staff didn't understand anything. Nevertheless, staff did my manicure + shellac to the lowest standard i've ever had them done: the base was so thick and uneven that the colour also did not distribute evenly, it went onto my skin and raised up at the ends and the gel made a mountain at the end of the nail.
i called to get them re-done, they refused to give me a refund or do them again (properly), all they would do is cut the parts where the gel went onto my skin (i also have scissors at home, and had spend quite a bit of time getting the gel that had seeped under my nails).
they acted like i had no case to argue and that the job was well done. if that is well done, they have got a lot of retraining to do.
